Where did this more than 2 million yuan come from? Yang Shanfu said that the money comes from parking fees, advertising fees, store rental fees, etc. in public areas of the community, which belongs to the public benefits of all owners.
A community owner who received dividends told the reporter of Beiqing Daily that he might save the money. Another owner, Mr. Zhou, said that he gave the money he got from the property company to the property company and used it to deduct the property fee for the next year.
