China Communication University cooperates with gehuayouxian to build a bright cinema and build a ＂cultural blind road＂ for the visually impaired.

It is reported that the "Bright Cinema" project was jointly launched by the Journalism and Communication Department of China Communication University, Beijing gehuayouxian TV Network Co., Ltd. and Oriental Jiaying TV Cinema Media Co., Ltd., aiming at providing public welfare services for visually impaired people, building a "cultural blind road", spreading cultural products with public welfare, and allowing visually impaired people to share the fruitful achievements of cultural development in the new era and spread positive energy in society.

"Bright Cinema" was screened by a team of teachers and students from the Department of Journalism and Communication of China Communication University. In order to achieve the best effect, the team of teachers and students of China Communication University carefully studied the film, carefully polished the narrative script, and used multi-track recording technology to simultaneously record the narrative sound, and finally synthesized audio and video products. At present, many barrier-free films such as Wolf Warriors 2, Building the Army, Tang Xuanzang, My War and Qian Xuesen have been produced. At least 30 barrier-free films will be produced by the end of September this year.

Guangwai Nanli Community Cultural Station "Community Cinema" is one of the pilot projects of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture, Municipal Bureau of Press, Publication, Radio and Television and gehuayouxian Company to "upgrade and transform the community cultural station and create a new business card for public cultural services in the capital". Since its launch in 2015, the "Community Cinema" project has completed several pilot projects in Dongcheng District, Tongzhou District, Shunyi District, Pinggu District and Mentougou District, and regularly screened high-quality movies for community residents free of charge. As a backbone cultural enterprise in the capital, gehuayouxian Company is based on the construction of a national cultural center, giving full play to the advantages of network coverage, high-definition interaction, information platform and investment and financing platform, comprehensively improving the level of public cultural services, and making every effort to build a high-quality cultural service operator to provide high-quality cultural information services for the citizens of the capital.

According to the person in charge of relevant projects in gehuayouxian, the next step will be to actively promote the production of barrier-free movies, and gradually launch them on the high-definition interactive platform and community cinemas in gehuayouxian. At present, the number of visually impaired people in China is about 17 million. In the future, the "Bright Cinema" will be promoted to the whole country from Beijing. Visually impaired people can enjoy rich, high-quality and convenient film public welfare services through home TV and community cinemas. "Bright Cinema" project will gradually establish barrier-free film industry standards.

It is reported that Oriental Jiaying TV Cinema Media Co., Ltd. has been established in 28 provinces and cities across the country, providing high-quality cultural services such as movie on demand to 33.9 million high-definition interactive users across the country through the brand of China TV Cinema. In the future, Oriental Jiaying Company will also increase investment, produce more barrier-free film products of Bright Cinema, and provide bright cinema services for the visually impaired people in China through the brand and channels of China TV Cinema.
