Here is an interesting phenomenon: although the open source features of Android system can’t make devices tightly coupled, most manufacturers are still keen to build a relatively closed ecosystem.

It should be said that this statement is true to some extent. After all, if the terminal manufacturer has the ability to rewrite the framework of file transfer from the bottom, it must be better than the simple communication protocol opening in stability.

　

However, in the current Android camp, there is neither a "walled garden" forced by iOS and App Store, nor a good cross-test experience for users.

　

Regardless of the compatibility of Android with desktop systems such as Windows, MacOS and Linux, we only talk about the previous communication interconnection within Android. Up to now, there is no comprehensive solution. When it comes to cross-end file transfer, users will still choose third-party applications such as LocalSend, or even "file transfer assistants" with simple functions.

Wang Xuedong remembers, "From getting off the plane to walking out of the airport, I took two breaks with heavy luggage." When he is physically active or talking too much, he will easily gasp and feel flustered in severe cases. Although he is getting used to it now, Wang Xuedong will obviously feel more tired after each operation.

The vacuum-packed food he brought from Beijing is all bulging, because the air pressure here is only half that of the plain area. After the first two weeks of training, department investigation and stubble handover, Wang Xuedong learned that the local general surgery technology can cover most common and frequently-occurring diseases, such as cholecystitis, appendicitis and simple treatment of liver hydatid disease. However, compared with large and medium-sized hospitals in China, there is still much room for improvement in treatment concept, surgical techniques, including clinical research and department system. In addition, many operations can’t be completed in local hospitals and need to be referred for treatment.

What I saw and heard in Lhasa made Wang Xuedong set his first goal: to improve the business he had carried out; Patients to be transferred, stay.

In October 2020, a 4-year-old child, Solang Gray, came to the general surgery department of Lhasa People’s Hospital. Three months ago, Solang had undergone a major thoracotomy for pulmonary echinococcosis, and at that time, his liver was also diagnosed with echinococcosis. Due to many factors such as local natural environment, sanitary conditions and cultural customs, this disease is relatively high in the local area, and it is a parasitic disease that is zoonotic.

According to the abdominal image at that time, the liver hydatid in Xiao Suolang had invaded most of the right liver, and two lesions, with diameters of 11 cm and 8 cm respectively, were next to important pipelines such as hepatic portal and middle hepatic vein. When I came to the hospital again and heard that I had to have surgery again, Xiao Solang was very resistant and afraid of postoperative pain and scars.

According to Xiao Solang’s situation, open resection is simpler and safer. Although laparoscopic resection of the lesion is minimally invasive, it is difficult: the abdominal space in children is small and the lesion is huge, and it is difficult to dissect and expose the hepatic portal under endoscope, and the lesion is close to the middle hepatic vein. Accurate preoperative evaluation is needed for accurate laparoscopic resection.

Wang Xuedong said that in traditional surgery, exploration is the main surgical step, that is, after the operation, the specific surgical method is decided according to the situation found during the operation. However, this kind of "exploration" is faced with great uncertainty, and there are often many temporary problems to be solved during the operation, and it is difficult to do the preoperative preparation.

The concept of "precision surgery" actually runs through and is embodied in the whole process before and after the operation, including not only precise surgical operation, but also accurate preoperative evaluation and precise surgical planning, that is, minimizing the uncertainty of traditional surgery and achieving "know yourself and know yourself, and win every battle". Sufficient surgical information should be made clear before operation, so as to strike a balance between maximizing lesion removal, maximizing organ protection and minimizing trauma. The preoperative preparation is done, and the operation is basically half successful.

In order to eradicate liver hydatid disease, reduce trauma and shorten recovery time, Wang Xuedong contacted many parties, and finally coordinated the "three-dimensional quantitative surgery planning system" for the department, and established the "precision surgery cooperation cloud center". By importing the preoperative image data of Sauron Jr., a three-dimensional visualization model was established, and several simulated hepatectomies were carried out in the three-dimensional planning system to predict the problems in the operation and make corresponding plans.

In the end, Wang Xuedong successfully performed laparoscopic right hemihepatectomy for Xiao Suolang, and the bleeding amount was less than 200ml. Xiao Suolang was able to get out of bed on the first day after operation. The introduction of this technology has not only changed the fate of patients with liver hydatid disease and liver cancer, but also changed the status quo of surgeons in Lhasa People’s Hospital. The concept of "precision surgery" is deeply rooted in people’s hearts through continuous practice.

One-day aid to Tibet, lifelong aid to Tibet

During a ward round, Wang Xuedong learned that a child had been hospitalized for more than two weeks due to incision infection after appendectomy. When asked, he realized that it was due to the long-standing cooperation problem that emergency operations such as cholecystectomy and appendectomy were still performed by laparotomy at night and weekend. This incident woke up Wang Xuedong, who was immersed in developing surgical skills. Some old ideas and systems are becoming the "shackles" for the development of the department.

"It is not possible to fight alone, but to operate in an integrated manner; It is not enough to rely solely on technological innovation, but to reform the department and talent system; It is not enough to do clinical work alone, and clinical research should be carried out. " For such a "big move", Wang Xuedong has a clear thinking. Compared with the promotion of pure technology, the improvement of the system will have greater influence and benefit on patients and departments.

After repeated communication, coordination and resolution at the meeting, in December 2020, with the cooperation of anesthesiology department, operating room and other departments, Wang Xuedong led the general surgery to successfully carry out emergency laparoscopic surgery at night and on weekends. By June, 2021, more than 100 cases of emergency minimally invasive cholecystectomy and appendectomy were completed in general surgery, and no incision infection was found. The average length of hospital stay decreased from 9 days to 2.7 days, and the bed turnover rate increased by nearly 60%.

Wang Xuedong realized that when technology and system are available, the concrete implementation of things can not be separated from the ideas in the mind. He thought, "If I return to Beijing, local doctors can continue to do and develop according to this concept, as long as they follow this process. Only by practicing the whole process can we have a deeper understanding and experience of the concept. " After half a year’s technical teaching, Wang Xuedong no longer needs the chief surgeon, and his disciples can gradually carry out some operations independently, such as right hemihepatectomy, fluorescent laparoscopic gallbladder/bile duct surgery, percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage (PTBD) and transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE).

Wang Xuedong established a general hospital system in general surgery, breaking the current situation that there is no general hospital in the department for 20 years, and coordinating the work of general patient admission, hospital consultation, weekend and night emergency surgery, so as to cultivate reserve talents; He divided sub-professional groups in detail, including hepatobiliary, gastrointestinal, anorectal, hernia and abdominal wall, blood vessels, intervention, etc., breaking the traditional "big pot" pattern; Five doctors were sent abroad for further study, and a sub-professional group was arranged every week to explain the clinical guide … …

In order to improve the ability of clinical research, Wang Xuedong applied for the subjects in the hospital and the autonomous region respectively for the common diseases of hepatic echinococcosis and cholecystolithiasis in Xizang, and led the department team and disciples to conduct clinical research. At present, the data of SCI papers are being collected, and Tsinghua University Publishing House has also completed the project of books on common diseases of general surgery with plateau characteristics.

Wang Xuedong said, "Even if I end my support and leave Xizang, these will continue to operate. This should be what we often say to build a medical team that we can’t take away."

After a while, Wang Xuedong’s aid to Tibet this year will come to an end. He can’t forget the experience of giving free clinics to local people in temples and villages. In those remote mountainous areas with an altitude of more than 5,000 meters, the medical needs are still urgent, and the awareness of health check-up needs to be strengthened.

After Wang Xuedong and his team came here, they found some new problems. For example, there are still many differences between the disease spectrum and disease stages here and the mainland. There are many topics worthy of further study, such as comparing the diagnosis and treatment of some diseases in different natural environments and health habits between the mainland and the plateau, and whether it is necessary to make some regional and differential treatments. Back in Beijing, Wang Xuedong’s aid to Tibet will not stop. The "hospital-contracted" aid work and project cooperation for the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau are all under orderly preparation. However, for ordinary car owners, in addition to the grip, the mute performance is also a key indicator for choosing tires. As early as the release of Imperial Ride at the end of July, we had already experienced the performance of Imperial Ride at Zhuhai Circuit, but it was only a short test drive and we could not fully understand the performance of Imperial Ride. In this tire test, we found four Goodyear royal tires, and we want to measure the performance and mute ability of this self-proclaimed quietest tire in history through professional instruments.

Vehicles and environment tested:
　　　 We borrowed a BMW 3 Series 318 E46, and its 2.0L natural inspiratory energy output is 105kw, which is 200Nm. The test site is a newly paved two-way two-lane asphalt pavement. The distance between piles and cylinders tested around piles is 18m. The noise test section is asphalt pavement with few vehicles.

60km/h test around piles:

　　　 The speed of entering the pile barrel area is 60km/h during the test around the pile. We use a special acceleration measuring instrument to measure the lateral acceleration of the vehicle around the pile to observe whether the tire slips and its maximum lateral grip.

　　　 From the data chart of lateral acceleration around the pile, we can see that the maximum acceleration that Goodyear Royal Ride can get when it is around the pile is 0.989G, and there is no lateral acceleration fluctuation when the curve peak area is seriously skidded. However, the lateral acceleration limit of an energy-saving tire of a certain brand is slightly lower, and the maximum acceleration can only reach 0.879G, and the lateral acceleration fluctuation caused by slipping appears in the peak area of the curve. Except for the old and new differences between the two sets of tires (the energy-saving tire of the original car has just been replaced for one month, and the tread thickness is far from reaching the wear limit; The Imperial Ride is a new tire), and the dry handling ability of the Imperial Ride is better than that of the energy-saving tire used for comparison.

　　　 In terms of driving experience, when we first got on the bus, we have noticed that the tire has a noticeable deformation with the increase of the load of the car. This is caused by the soft shoulder of the royal tire (see the picture above). We can clearly perceive this when we feel the hardness of the shoulder with our hands when the rim is not assembled. The softer shoulder allows the whole tire to deform to a certain extent to absorb the vibration, thus making the driver feel that the tire is softer and more comfortable when driving. We also tested the limit of the imperial car around the pile. The imperial car won’t slip when it doesn’t touch the limit area around the pile, but when it reaches the limit, it will slip immediately and grab the ground again in a short time (several hundred milliseconds). It feels a little longer from slipping to grabbing the ground again, which is easier to detect. Of course, the average car owner will not go around the pile like us, let alone find the limit point when going around the pile like us. The dry land performance of Yu Cheng is excellent for its positioning.

six0km/h acceleration and braking test:

　　　 The 60km/h acceleration and braking test are combined, and we record the longitudinal acceleration, acceleration time and braking distance of the car body during the whole process. Accelerated Start We use the catapult start mode (this 3 Series E46 is an automatic gear), step on the brake and accelerate at full throttle. When the speed reaches 3000 rpm, release the brake and the vehicle will eject like a bullet. Some netizens questioned whether there was no such car. When we test, we step on the brake and accelerate at full throttle, and the speed will rise from 1000 rpm to 3000 rpm, and we can’t continue to increase it. This is obviously because the DSC dynamic stability system and DME management system limit the power output. We guess that BMW’s on-board computer has been able to identify this catapult starting mode and make some restrictions and optimizations.

　　　 There is no noticeable slip in both sets of tires, but there is still a difference in data. Goodyear Royal Ride can achieve 0.567G longitudinal acceleration at the beginning, while the energy-saving tires of the original car can only provide 0.455G acceleration. The test data of the energy-saving tires of the original car also showed that there was jitter in the peak acceleration area, which also proved that there was slippage at that time. In contrast, the imperial ride is better in longitudinal grip.
　　　 In the emergency braking test data, we can see that both tires skidded to a certain extent during emergency braking. The maximum acceleration of the original set of tires was slightly higher than that of Imperial Ride for the first time, but Imperial Ride could get greater deceleration when it grasped the ground again after skidding. The maximum deceleration of the original energy-saving tire during emergency braking is 1.142G, while the maximum deceleration of the imperial vehicle is 1.264G g.

　　　 Because of its higher longitudinal grip performance, the acceleration time and braking distance of the royal ride are faster, but the difference is not obvious.

60-80km/h noise test:

　　　 We use a noise meter to measure the tire noise when the vehicle is running at a speed of 60-80 km/h. As can be seen from the overlay below, the dark noise curve of Royal Ride is lower than that of another set of energy-saving tires, which is about 1-2 decibels lower on average. Considering the road conditions, we didn’t conduct a higher-speed noise test. What is the effect of noise reduction level of 1-2 decibels? We can explain here that if there is a noise reduction of 3 decibels, people can clearly distinguish the difference in noise volume, so a noise reduction of 1-2 decibels can be perceived. Of course, the higher the speed, the more obvious the difference in noise reduction performance of tires. Soft tread and shoulder also "enhance" the noise reduction effect of Yu Cheng from the driving experience.

Temperature hardness test before and after test:

　

　　　 We have also tested the temperature and hardness of different tires before. In contrast, the tread material of Yuchai is soft, and the temperature rise of the tire is low after the test. Soft tread has better comfort, while less temperature rise enhances its energy-saving effect. We are satisfied with the temperature rise and ride comfort of the Royal Tire before and after the test. Royal ride is quite competent as a comfortable and energy-saving tire.
